Group Assistant

The Group Assistant will provide administrative and operational support across multiple organizations. This role is essential for managing workplace operations, space planning, employee engagement initiatives, and day-to-day business needs to ensure teams operate efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-4 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
• Highly effective communication and project management skills
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
• Experience with email, scheduling, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software, preferably MSOffice (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience supporting senior executives and managing complex executive calendars
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and independently managing projects
• Prior work experience at the client
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings and events, manage department financial and personnel operations
• Support workspace and space management activities
• Assist with employee engagement efforts and provide administrative support
• Contribute to organizational support around morale events, office moves, and hardware procurement
