Cabinet FinisherCabinet Finisher / Experienced Spray Finisher – $30/hr Location: Anderson, IN Pay: $30 per hour Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire Pro Resources is seeking an experienced Cabinet Finisher for a direct hire opportunity with a custom cabinetry manufacturer in Anderson, IN. We are looking for someone with at least five years of professional spray-finishing experience who takes pride in producing smooth, consistent, high-quality results. Candidates with finishing experience in cabinetry, furniture, millwork, wood products, automotive painting, or a similar industrial environment are encouraged to apply.Responsibilities:Apply stains, paints, glazes, toners, sealers, and clear topcoatsOperate HVLP and conventional spray equipmentSand, clean, and prepare cabinet components for finishingMix and match colors and sheens according to specifications or customer samplesMaintain consistent color and finish quality across custom projects and production runsComplete touch-ups, repairs, and blending as neededKeep the spray booth and surrounding work area clean, organized, and safeWork closely with sanding, assembly, and quality control teamsTrack material usage and communicate supply needs or finishing concernsRequirements:At least five years of professional spray-finishing experience is requiredExperience in cabinetry, furniture, millwork, wood products, automotive painting, or a similar industrial finishing environmentProficiency with HVLP or conventional spray systemsKnowledge of stains, paints, sealers, conversion varnishes, clear coats, and multi-step finishing processesExperience with surface preparation, including sanding and sealer or primer scuffingStrong color-matching skills and close attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCommitment to safety, cleanliness, and quality workmanshipWhat's Offered:$30 per hourFull-time, direct hire opportunityPaid time offSteady work with an established custom cabinetry manufacturerReady to put your finishing skills to work?
