Job Title: Business Performance AnalystJob Category: Information TechnologyTime Type: Full timeMinimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with PolygraphEmployee Type: RegularPercentage of Travel Required: NoneType of Travel: None* * *The Opportunity:Our client is seeking a candidate with strong financial analysis skills to provide business performance analysis services as well as provide overall support with overall business assessments.Responsibilities:Communicate metrics and score card resultsAnalyze trends and making recommendations for process improvements. Assist with implementation of process improvementsBalance all resource requirements and available resources across multiple matrixed initiatives based on portfolio prioritiesCoordinate with the COTR and GTMs to appropriately engage resourcesProvide direct project management for surge initiatives and stewardship activitiesProvide a strategic outlook for all client business areasPeriodically benchmark how industry and other Government agencies are addressing similar issues to those faced by the client.Qualifications:RequiredMinimum of five (5) years of experience in business managementExperience with Maximo, SharePoint, and CognosDesired:Bachelor’s degree in any field; high school, vocational school, or trade school diploma and five (5) years’ work experience in a similar field may be substituted for degree requirement-What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
